The brief for this project was to highlight the artistic and historical heritage of the Collegiate Church of Sainte-Waudru in Mons, as part of a tour of the main sculptures, paintings and works of art located in the Church.

The proposed lighting enhances all the works of art, with excellent modelling and colour rendering, high glare control and maximum concealment of the lighting equipment.

However, we were able to persuade the City to extend the project by highlighting the main interior architectural features of the Collegiate Church, such as the choir and organs, and to correct the existing lighting (glare reduction). In this way, the colonnades of the choir have become a backdrop against which to showcase the sculptures, and a reminder of the heritage value of the Collegiate Church itself.

All the lighting is managed by a control panel located in the reception area, allowing it to be adapted to the church's various needs, such as religious ceremonies, the tourist tour, annual festivities and concerts.
